Our generated text is designed to be copied directly to the user’s clipboard and pasted into social media bios, profile display names, chat applications, forum handles, and gaming nicknames across various external networks, including Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, BGMI, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire.

The Service is offered as a convenient web tool that does not require user registration, account creation, personal identity verification, or local installation of desktop font files (.ttf or .otf). 3 Use License & Permissions

4 User Conduct Policy

You agree to use stylishname.app solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights of others. When inputting text or utilizing our output across external platforms, you are solely responsible for the content you generate, transmit, or display.

You agree that you will not use stylishname.app to generate, create, disseminate, or promote any text that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise discriminatory;
• Constitutes or encourages criminal activity, violent extremism, terrorism, self-harm, cyberbullying, or harassment against any individual or group;
• Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary rights of any party;
• Is designed to impersonate any person, public figure, corporate entity, or official representative of stylishname.app, or falsely claim affiliation with any organization for fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
• Contains deceptive links, phishing scripts, spam, chain letters, malicious software, computer viruses, Trojan horses, keystroke loggers, or corrupted data.

Compliance with Third-Party Platform Terms: Many third-party networks (such as Instagram, TikTok, Roblox, Garena Free Fire, and Krafton PUBG) enforce strict community guidelines regarding acceptable usernames, character lengths, and offensive terminology. You acknowledge that you are exclusively responsible for verifying that your generated stylized name complies with the terms and character limits of the platform where you choose to paste it.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Proprietary Website Assets

All original content, features, and functionality on stylishname.app—including but not limited to the brand name “StylishName”, website domain name, logo iconography, custom SVG graphics, inline stylesheet rules, layout designs, UI components, custom JavaScript algorithms, curated symbol combination catalogs, and explanatory editorial articles—are the exclusive intellectual property of stylishname.app and its creators, protected under domestic and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5.3 User Content & Input Privacy

7 Limitation of Liability
